Just received the device. I'm pretty disappointed. There are tons of small scratches and a chip on the screen. I specifically asked if there were scratches on the screen, and you replied no. Its just in bad shape all together. Defiantly not happy with this swappa experience.

Jeromy, I'm sorry you are unhappy with this experience. There is a chip on the top right corner of the front of the phone which you can see in the photo above but not on the screen itself. The phone is fully functional and the battery holds a charge quite well. You were not meant to be misled, the phone is fair as listed.

The chip and scratches I am referring to are defiantly on the screen. I have photos documenting it for whenever a swappa mod lets me know where to upload them. I don't care about the the shape of the body, I did specifically ask about the screen though. I'm really not trying to be ugly about this. I just expect the transaction to be honest is all.
