The original box and an A/C adapter. I will NOT be including a lightning cable. I'm done buying Apple products.
Damage description
New battery in June of 2014, new screen in April of 2014. The phone has cosmetic issues but nothing you would see inside a case. If pressing too hard on the top of the screen, it will show an LCD blemish (like touching a computer screen). Its not noticeable all the time and only if you press decently hard.
