so if the phone is unlocked, can l use it with other phone companies?
Hi Sarah, So yeah in the US it will certainly work with T-Mobile and AT&T and it should work with most International carriers as they tend to use GSM. It likely won't work with Verizon and Sprint, or if it does might not have as fast speeds as VZ and Sprint use CDMA technology as opposed to GSM. Thanks for your interest. I don't know you could try calling, emailing, online chatting them and asking whether this model phone (Factory Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S4, Model Number SGH-i9500) would work. I've not used Metro PCS myself and have no further insight so we'll need their or another knowledgeable source (try googling).

This works on carriers outside of AT&T, the others would need to be unlocked to work on non AT&T carriers.
