This is the non-carrier HTC One S. It is the black anodized version with red camera lens ring. It is on stock Sense 4 firmware.
The phone has a few scratches on all four corners and light rub marks. The screen has a 3" scratch but it's light and not visible with the screen on while looking at the phone straight on. There are a lot of pictures so make sure you check them all out.

Dylan, how long does the phone generally last you between charges?
Also, what provider do you use? I'm with AT&T now but expect to switch to T-Mobile next year.
I use it with t - mobile. It will get HSPA+ speeds (42 Mbps) but not 3g. If you have HSPA in your area you should be fine.
Battery life is good. I get about 20 hours till 10% left with moderate use but I'm on a Sense 5 beta ROM . With a Sense 4 ROM and good kernel, you should be able to get more.
