Q1: Is this tied to any account? Reason for asking, I just bought another phone that is a paperweight because the phone came from someone who has not paid their bill, and thus Sprint still shows it attached to that account.
Q2: Where in Dallas are you located? It might be possible to pick up.
Hello Simon C. We checked the ESN status on Swappa and it appears Clean ESN, means ready for activation. If you can't activate it with your Sprint plan after you purchase it, of course you can return it back to us. We'll refund your money back with the return shipment fee after we receive it back in the same condition that we will receive it. Unfortunately, we don't local pick up because we have to proof the delivery status. Since, we both in Dallas, you'll receive it soon and you won't pay any shipping fee anyway. Thank you.
