Nexus 4 with four cases and all factory accessories. Works great, just upgraded. Always had a case and screen protector.
Damage description
Only blemish is a crack in the plastic next to the SIM card slot, does not affect anything. I made sure to capture a picture of it. Battery was replaced a while ago.
