*MINT* US Unlocked HTC One M7 32gb (Same firmware as Dev Edition) with Original Flip Case and others
I pre-ordered it on launch without any contract nor carrier lock and it is still in perfect condition. I unlocked the bootloader and S-off so it can get its maximum potential. It can use either HTC Sense or Google Play Edition (GPE) ROMs. Please specify the ROM you want when you buy it, or I will just ship it with the Google Play Edition ROM.
Please note that the IMEI of the phone is different from that on the packaging but the S/Ns are the same, simply because I sent it back for repair (purple tint on camera, which is widespread for initial releases) and they sent back a new unit under warranty.
I have a lot of cases and screen protectors with this phone, including the original faux leather flip case.

Hey yang, I was just wanting to ask one more question. How good of shape is the battery in. Will it need replaced anytime soon
Hi Damian, Sorry I did not see this in the Sales Page. The battery is still good from my point of view. Last time I used it, it can stay a full day with moderate usage. However If you are a heavy user some charging during the day is recommended.

I was not here very often but I just saw your feedback. Sorry to you if you are not 100% satisfied with the device, but what you said is not all true.
1. The device is not new one as I stated and I uploaded a lot of hi-res pics to show almost every angle of it. I don't know where the "small scratches" are but I don't think this was a reason for 1 star.
2. About the battery: I did NOT write any emails to you individually but post everything here. You can still see my reply here on Oct 22, 2014 and the answers were quite clear. I always updated the device to the latest firmware and avoid keeping apps in the background all the time. I am guessing this is usage style rather than problem of device itself. I don't think I am "not truthful" to you here. However, the "email" thing you talked about is rather groundless.
Since the device has been sold, all further communication between buyer and seller should be done via the sale page here http://swappa.com/listing/UWH547/sale. Please move all communication over there. Thank you.
3. According to "feedback star rating guidelines" (http://swappa.com/faq/buy/feedback_star_rating_guidelines) for this website, I don't see any reason why you should give the 1-star feedback.
