Geoff, please ensure you are providing the ESN of the device, and not from a box that belonged to a previous device. An ESN check with Apple reports "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced." This usually indicates the device was on the wrong end of an insurance replacement.

Hi Ben, you're exactly right about that. My mistake! I had left the phone untouched after a factory reset and was thinking to just pull off of original box. Updating now.

Yes original box, usb cable and a/c adapter. Incipio black case (not the thin feather). I'll take more pics of phone plus case when I get home in an hour or so.

Hi Bryan, yes still available. The discrepancy with original box was due to warranty replacement on original phone (water dmg). This phone is maybe 6 months old and has no issues whatsoever.

I did a factory reset myself just before selling more as a way to clear my personal data on the phone. If there's anything you want to see function just let me know and I'll help out.
