It is unlocked to work on GSM networks internationally but not in the US.

Have you tested and made sure that it is 100% functional? I am buying it for someone and don't want to go through the trouble of returning it and such. Please let me know as soon as you can! And can you please include the sprint SIM card that came with the phone because I can still use it.

David R. - No idea, the ESN is clear per swappa but ting won't tell me for sure.

Daria W. - The phone is on iOS 7.0.4 but I can update it if requested. All I am including is the sim card and the phone.

Yhcastillo - The price is $145 firm. The average selling price is $149 for this device. I see no reason to accept significantly less than that.

Michael - thank you. We're close to making a decision, and we'd like to go with your phone (assuming your listing lasts). However, I would need to know that I could activate the phone with a Sprint MVNO (such as Ting, or the one directly we are going with). Usually, when you check the SWAPPA ESN CHECK, it will tell you clean ESN, if it can be activated right now, AND a third option (usually in a blueish box) indicates whether or not the phone CAN be activated on TING. If it can, that's usually the tell-tale sign that I will be able to use the phone with ANY Sprint MVNO.
