Upgraded to Kitkat 4.4.2 (SlimKat). Rooted and SIM unlocked with custom recovery (CWM). If buyer prefers, can flash back to stock.

Switched to T-Mobile with new Nexus 5. Otherwise, would have kept using S3 for another year.
