Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB Blue - Verizon Unlocked
I got this phone about 2.5 years ago as a work phone. It works perfectly, but has a bunch of bumps, scratches, and one crack in the plastic trim band (visible in the photo of the bottom edge) that come with 2.5 years of use. The screen has held up well with only a couple of minor scuffs, and there are no cracks in it.
About a year ago I unlocked it so I could use it with T-Mobile and use it internationally. It works perfectly for both. All the accessories will be included.

I'll split the difference and do $95 so long as you assure me that you've looked at the photos/condition and know key details like whether or not your SIM card will fit. I'm currently getting burned another buyer and I'm not keen to repeat!
Ok well my intent is definitely not to burn you. I have a verizon smartphone right now (busted my screen) so I assume my SIM should go right in no?
And I've been burned a bit too, so I have to ask for sure.. Its not rooted and does come with the battery right? I don't care about a little body damage as long as the screen isn't too bad, I just need a phone to use until my upgrade this december!
Haha, yes the battery is included! I actually wanted to root it because everyone says that's cool to do, but after a cursory look through the Internet I gave up and decided it was too complicated for me. So I unlocked it (to use overseas) but didn't root it.
As far as your SIM goes, make sure it's the right size. According to this site the S3 uses a Micro SIM. (http://kenstechtips.com/index.php/smartphone-type-standard-sim-micro-sim-or-nano-sim#Samsung)
