Like new condition with no signs of wear. Microsoft Surface 2 WiFi only 64 GB with the Microsoft touch keyboard/cover and a protective sleeve. It comes with Microsoft Office 2013 RT pre-installed.
I have only used this device a few times since I've had it and when not being used it has been stored in its case. It is in mint condition and fully updated with 8.1 OS version. There is no stylus with the device.
I will ship it UPS Ground with insurance. I will not ship USPS as I have had lots of issues with them.

Hi Jacob. I have already lowered it once and I really don't want to get less than 275 (285 to the buyer with fee) which is lower than any other 64 gb devices are selling for. It is in mint condition with no signs of use.
I appreciate the quick response. That's a little too much for right now. I could buy one tonight, but I don't have a need just a want.
I might do $220 because I like that it comes with some extras but I'm really more interested in the 32gb that comes with all the original packaging. I know that's foolish, but that's how I am, however I have yet to receive a response and I am looking to pull the trigger tonight while I still have the urge.
My lowest is 285 considering I have already lowered in from 310.
