VERY Good condition Black Samsung Galaxy S5 16 GB with box and wall charger
I am selling my used black Samsung Galaxy S5 phone (16 GB). The phone is in nearly mint condition; I do not see any real damage to the phone (see pictures). Everything works on the phone. I am selling because I upgraded to the S6 Edge. I also have a case I will include which came with the phone when I bought it. This will come with the wall charger as well.
I WILL ONLY SHIP/SELL WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

I don't understand your first comment; do you have a question about the phone?
I am leaving the price at $285 for a while. You are welcome to buy it at that price.
I can ship it Monday. I will be shipping standard ground shipping.
I really would because this is the color I've been looking for, in the condition I've been looking for, at the price I've been looking for. However, in order to complete the transaction I was going to use the paypal account of my parents. However, due to a rather sudden family emergency, I don't quite think their interested in a phone right now as we get through the emergency (the only reason I am doing this is because it's taking my mind off of it) . If I had to guess, I'd say it would probably be another week before I can buy it. However, if this phone is still around in another week I would not hesitate to buy this phone for 260$. I don't want to stop you from selling a phone, but if it's still around this is the perfect because based on the pictures it seems as though it is mint condition as if its new!
So Sorry, I thought DIRISCOLO was the seller for a second, ignore the previous comment
No $250 and $260 is too low. This thing is in GREAT condition.
I have no need for the case; I am just throwing that in because I don't need it.
And also I want to confirm that this phone is eligible to be unlocked?

I would never use the term perfect. The pictures show the condition; it is in great condition. Do you want to see any more pictures? I have an unlock request into ATT to verify that it can be unlocked. They said it can take up to 48 hours.
I'm not really sure what more pictures would do. Based on these pictures I cannot see any scuffs, marks, dents, scratches on the screen etc. as described in the description. I just want to confirm that.
And thanks for putting in an unlock request! Let me know when AT&T approves it if you can.
I just got an email from ATT with instructions on how to unlock the device. Unfortunately I do not have the required non ATT sim card required to unlock it (which is what the directions state). That tells me the phone is eligible to be unlocked.
1. Are you willing to meet up locally?
2. I'm guessing the black case in the first picture is the provided case, right?
3. Has the phone been updated to the latest android software?
4. Are you the original owner and for how long did you use the phone?
Is meeting up locally allowed on here? Unless you mean you want to buy it through the website, then instead of me shipping we meet up?
Black case pictured is the case I would provide with the phone.
It has been sitting un-used for the past few months. If it doesn't have the most recent software for the phone you could always update it yourself?
No I am not the original owner; I bought it off of this website. I bought it as listed "mint" in January of this year.
As long as the sale is made through Swappa and arrangements to meet are made after a sale has been completed that is perfectly fine.
@Dale K., So does that mean I can't arrange a meet up with phillip O. before the sale to personally view the phone and then proceed to buy the phone on Swappa if I like it.
Can you do priority shipping UPSP? if so I can buy it for $265 even.
