What I would charge includes everything, so you don't have to pay extra for taxes or anything else. Since you are paying with PayPal it doesn't only protects me but also you, meaning they hold the funds until there is confirmation that you received your item. So you pay first and I'll ship it immediately. Or do you want to wait until your friend gets here and give her the money. She then could pay me here and I'll ship the phone to her US address. She'll have to pay throug someone who has a US PayPal account with a verified address though.

(regarding tha taxes - there is some vat and customs you have to pay basically here so it's an extra payment I have to think about). OK - here's the thing.. I have verified it with our local paypal office today, and apparently there is no such thing as a verified address in Israel. If i'm not missing anything crucial with this process this is a limitation that can be dealt with by me sending you the money via Paypal and on your side upon getting the money, sending me a paypal invoice. Again - if i'm not missing out anything here maybe this is acceptable?
In any case my friend's visit is due in 3 days, and she'll be staying in a hotel in NY city for 4 nights, so I was thinking you could maybe ship it to the hotel address. I don't want to overburden her with anything else to that matter, and in any case she doesn't have a US Paypal account.
What say you?

@Chen it's complicated for me because since she doesn't have a physical address in the US if anything goes wrong it'll be my responsibility since I'm the one who sent it. For me it'll be easier to ship it to Israel.

Yizak, I Thought this could be an ideal solution to save us both the trouble, since I'll have to roughly pay an extra 33% taxes and go through lots of Bureaucracy, plus it's gonna take more time.. If there is any plausible solution where you could send it to the hotel by messanger or alike, and be able to guarantee that it will be returned to you if no one excepts it in the hotel, I'll be happy to pay for the extra cost, although I'm pretty sure it will work out smoothly. If this is too risky then I can go with shipping it to Israel. BTW - are you sure the shipping cost is 15$? Can it be shipped via registered mail? Anyways - please think about it and let me know.

It will work on att. Since this is the unlocked one from the play store. And price is been discussed already. The lowest I'll take is 360 since it's in mint condition plus the bumper and case. Also consider there are fees from swappa and PayPal.
