It's in perfect condition and comes with all included accessories PLUS an extra battery and battery charger ($50 value) and a tech 21 case (worth $35). I bought this for myself in late summer but then got a new job and had to use their phone. It was only used for a few months and is a great phone.

Not 100% sure but after a little bit of research I don't think so. I used it on T-Mobile. It was a new phone as of a few months ago and Samsung's latest model.
