$520 is more than fair for this phone. I am firm on the price for now.

Has this device been rooted, rom'd or been software modified in any way?

No, it is still sealed in the box brand new, exactly as if you bought it in the store.

Andy, If it's in that good of a condition, I would think you could list it as NEW or NEW(RESALE). Is it listed as MINT because Swappa does not allow refurbished phones to be listed as NEW, NEW(RESALE) when they have been refurbished? Thanks very much.

Correct Randy. I know that I could list this phone as NEW(RESALE) since it is in immaculate condition and still sealed, but I am an honest seller. The phone has been refurbished by Samsung. But honestly, I kept one of these refurbished Note 4's and it is new. All components were sealed in plastic, the phone had all the plastic stickers on it, and the box was sealed. I honestly think this phone is worth much more, but Swappa buyers have not bough my Note 4's for higher prices. I just want to cut my losses and sell the phone.

With that being said, $520 is a steal for this phone. Please consider what I've mentioned about this phone if you're contemplating about it.

Understand. One last question: Usually when I see a phone listed, one of the default descriptions/statements from Swappa in the Device Modifications section says "the seller has indicated the phone is not Rooted, ROM'd or otherwise software modified". However, on this listing, all it says is "Device Unlocked" and then says "I'm not sure what rooted or ROM means, should I buy a rooted phone? ". This is where my concern comes in. I bought a phone before that had been rooted, ROM'd, etc and had major issues with it. Please answer my concern regarding whether or not the phone has or hasn't been rooted, ROM'd, etc. Thanks again.

Randy, the phone has never been rooted, ROM'd or otherwise software modified. It has yet to be even turned on. You can look at my recent sold listings. They are for Note 4's as well, just like this one. All of the buyers have been happy with their purchases.

I posted a screenshot of my seller's screen where I choose whether to say the phone is unlocked and if it has been software modified. I am unsure why it only shows the unlocking part, maybe because I said "no" for software modificaiton.

Please let me know if you should have any other questions.

-Andy
