Is the sim card included?

I spoke with a Sprint representative. She told me that the card that would be in there(which I didn't think there was one) Is for international use only. My husband tried to open the door; it's not easy and was afraid he would scratch the phone. I seen a video on YouTube about opening the door. The phone came with a tool to open the door. This phone did not come with a tool. I save everything. The representative said older models do not come with a sim card. Newer ones do and it links the phone to the carrier.There is no personal information on the phone. I restored the phone to factory settings. The esn is clean.

Sprint just started using sim cards on newer phones. My Samsung Galaxy S4 that I have for sale has a sim card slot. They are running on a CDMA network not GSM.

I just spoke with a Sprint store. They also confirmed for me that any card in there is used for international calling. There is no subscriber information on the card.

What ios version is currently running on this device?

Can you please post more photos? for ex: bottom/speakers, corners, volume buttons, and headphone jack. Clear and focused. Not blurry/out of focus. Thanks.

When we were using the device, it was running on the old operating system. It was asking me to update the phone. I wouldn't do it personally for us because it used 4GB of space for the new operating system and I wasn't willing to give up the space. it's a matter of personal preference. As requested I will post more photos shortly.I will try my best to get good pictures.

Your welcome. The phone was set to factory settings. Don't I have to set the phone up to check what IOS is running?

I just restarted the phone. It says version 7.1.2. As I said in an earlier comment I was asked to upgrade to IOS 8. I declined because of space issues
