Kevin M. - Generally, I would prefer to use paypal for payment and use a Paypal confirmed address. If you want to pay for shipping to the Phillipines, I can ship it there, but if you'd like to pay and have me mail the device to your uncle in America, that will be fine too. If it's not a confirmed shipping address, Paypal may not extend their warranties and buyer protection. It's up to your discretion, but I'd recommend simply making your uncle's address a confirmed address so Paypal can protect you in case something happens.

mpicasso - This was from the 2nd generation, I think? I missed the initial buying frenzy that prevented a lot of people from buying them at first. Got mine in a later batch, but only like a week or 2 later.

The redesign was within the last month so it was probably the original design based on the date you said you purchased it. If you look on the back of the phone there will be nubs along the trim of the phone to help it from slipping. Also the camera glass was changed to help with lighting.

RJM77 - It is unlocked, so it should work on the AT&T network without any issues. I should advise you that none of the Nexus 4's support LTE at this time, so you would not be getting LTE service on this or any other N4 for now.

Anyways, back up with a lower price now as previous attempts have resulted in buyers not paying for it. I'll pay for US shipping, but International users will have to pay standard USPS international flat rate shipping, which is normally about $78 USD. Please keep this in mind.
