Does the phone come with SIM card? Has anything been replaced or is phone refurbished?

It does not come with a sim card but they are easy to get from either ordering from Sprint or from the Sprint store. Phone is in excellence shape.

Daniel, the phone is a L720 and not the Triband Model, L720T. Checked label under the battery as well as the settings.
