Overall good physical condition
Includes: Phone, Original box and papers, usb cable and USB charger, 4GB micro sd card, metal case, screen protectors and cleaning cloth.
Phone is running Android 4.4.2 and runs intensive apps and games great. If you are concerned about Touchwiz, I just use Nova launcher or Google Now launcher and do not experience any lag.
Battery of the phone is still ridiculous, I get two days of high use out of it easily. This phone has bluetooth 4 and does not impact the battery when using wireless headphones. Includes original samsung battery.
Works on multiple networks. I originally used it on Verizon and now use it on TMobile with no errors. I have not tested it, but it should work on AT&T as well.

Damage description

Back cover has some wear and there is a small surface ding next to headphone jack.

How good would you say the screen is from a scale of 1-10? I don't mind too much bezel and back cover damage, only screen damage?

I would say the screen is a 9 out of 10. I can not see any flaws, but since it is not brand new I give it a 9. There is a very light scratch by the menu button and the back button, each of them are less than a millimeter by each. Both of these scratches are extremely light and off of the screen, but on the gorilla glass covering.
