Unlocked Note II price drop

Unlocked for use on other carriers. Some wear marks around the body, but the screen is good. There is a extremely light scratch on the upper right of the screen, but I could not get it to show up in a picture. The back cover has one place where it doesn't like to fully seat, but it is hardly noticeable. I have tried to describe this phone as accurately as possible. I have listed as Fair condition only because of the marks around the phone, but I would call the screen "Good" condition. Phone only. Not accepting offers at this time, so don't bother.

The phone seems in pretty good shape, what makes you list it as fair? How long is the scratch? Where is it relative to the clock, what is the position?

Stephan, I have listed as fair because I feel like the scratches on corners and everything else are significant enough. If I had bought this phone and it was listed as "good" condition, I would be OK with it, but I am very much a function over form type. I just don't want any surprises for the buyer. On the other hand, my sister bought a refurbished iPhone 5c a couple of weeks ago off eBay that had about the same amount of scratches and it was listed as "B+" condition. I told her she should send it back.

Alfonso, I am not sure of the OS, it has been stored at my house since I posted it on Swappa. I do know it is really easy to flash this phone if you want to. I will take a look at it when I get home tonight.
