All accesories the phone came with. Charger, USB cable, pelican case. The warranty end next year august. The phone is not unlock.

I'm not literate about phones. How do I get it unlocked for overseas use? If I use it in USA, would AT&T ask me for a 2 year contract because it is almost a new phone? Do you confirm from AT&T or with IMEI number that the ownership and phone are genuine? If this phone was bought new, what happened to the 2 year commitment to stay with them; would the obligation be passed to the new owner or it is satisfied by the current owner? Kindly excuse my ignorance.

You don't have to tell AT&T anything, just the SIm card and put it in. If you want to use over seas I don't know. I see some people on ebay that you pay $10 for a code and you insert a overseas sim card the phone would ask for the code and that's it. Swappa won't allow for people to sell stolen phones.
