Is there any chance you can unroot and have the phone back to stock rom?

Is the phone carrier unlocked? Also, can you un-root the phone back to stock Samsung (not just a phone reset). From your posted pics, I guess you don't have the OEM accessories and box anymore?
The phone is not unlocked, it is a t mobile note 2. The phone can be reverted back to stock. The only accessories are in the pictures.
Would u do 180 right now? Also put back to stock so I can get regular updates from tmobile?
