I changed my price to 380 but it didn't update and someone already purchased the phone
I already refunded the buyer money and would like to relist this listing

Am I going to be charged the $10 fee still? Doesn't look like the $10 fee is refunded on paypal. It's frustrating to have to deal with this when I had no agreement on a refund for a $15 price change. Any help would be appreciated in the matter thanks.
What does the case look like? Does it come with the original charger?
The case is a Diztronic it feels really good in the hand and yes the original USB 3.0
