Hi. Was this unit refurbished? Also, would you please ul a pic showing the model number? Inside battery compartment (you can block imei nr), or in the menu item showing information about the phone. Thanks.

Hi - I'm very interested, just want to make sure the phone is still available and wondering if there's a guarantee of some sort in case the phone experiences issues shortly after purchase (sorry of it's already listed somewhere and I'm just missing it, new to Swappa)? Not implying fault of the seller, just heard of factory issues occurring sometimes.
