It's internationally unlocked through Verizon. So if you're planning on using it overseas it will work.

I prefer to underrate rather than overrate the condition. My opinion of Mint (like new) may be different from another persons so I prefer to rate it good condition and if it's above the expectations of the buyer~ then that's a plus.

Does the screen have any scratches or crackes? Also it can be activated and it is off contact ? Also you said it has been used on Verizon. I want a phone that I can use on Tracfone BYOP it has to be a IPhone 4s used on Verizon with a clean ESN the MEID has to work with my zip 48317

Hey Mary, No cracks on the screen and it's always had a screen protector. I can't 100% guarantee you that there are no scratches since the protector is still on there and in great condition.
It's a verizon iphone 4s as the last photo shows and it's clean ESN/MEID. Basically what you see in the photos is what you're getting.

Is your price negotiable at all? I see them pop up from time to time from 140 to 200. Any chance to get it closer to the lower?

Hey yes My price is negotiable, but I don't think I can go towards the lower end I'd like to get close to the higher end.
