I'm assuming that the phone is not rooted? Can you comment on battery life? Does not come with ad card? Thanks!

The phone is not rooted.

Battery life is what you would expect from a 3G phone with a "smaller" screen size compared to the newer phones today. It easily made it through a full day with battery to spare.

It does not come with an sd card.
