Are you willing to meet at a tmobile store or call in to customer service to transfer ownership of the phone? I had bad experience before buying used phone and the previous owner called in and said the phone was stolen (even though I bought it) and got blocked. T mobile said unless there's a note in the system saying the previous owner was willingly selling the product they can't unblock the phone. Thank you.

I've got a really busy work schedule, So I don't have time to meet anywhere. Also I looked it up here (https://support.t-mobile.com/thread/54751 ) there's no way to do that apparently, all I can say is it's a good phone, and I would never report it stolen. I've handed off phones to a friend and my brother before and it just needed to put their SIM card in for it to work. Hope that is reassuring! Thanks for your interest.

I trust that you are a honest person. I did looked it up the website you provided, I guess the rep in the store just didn't know what she's talking about. I bought the blocked note 3 from ebay and still trying to work with them to get my money back. Will you accept a offer of $600? I can pay today. Thank you very much.

Thank you! And I don't have the original ones that came with it, but I just got the Galaxy S5 and those came with headphones and I can definitely include them in the shipment! I'm pretty sure they are the same ones.
