Item is scratched up pretty good but, not too bad when the screen is on, power connector works fine if strait in, if it's a angle sometimes does not charge but, I have not had any issues with it.
Phone works fine, no problems with hearing, camera or anything else on it. Just drop a SIM in and go. SIM unlocked from Verizon, should be able to be used on other networks. Please do your research as it should work on AT&T/TMOUS but, with some limits.
Comes with Phone, Sim Holder, good battery and back cover only, no charger.
Good for a Prinary or 2nd phone or if you really wanted to try Windows Phone 8.1 for a low cost before buying a new higher end phone.

Let's see, $10 swappa fee, $5-7 for shipping, 3% on paypal, my net would be about $20. No thanks, I would use it as a parts phone before I did that. Why not try to make a REASONABLE offer and I might think about it ?
I see. Didn't know that the overhead is such a big. Maybe swappa-ers could take in count this situation - when the item is in poor condition and the ideal price should be correspondingly cheap - 10$ fee is too much. Anyway, all the best in selling your item.
Lowered price...best I can do it on it, cheaper than the other options...
