Black 16GB Nexus 5, Diztronic and Spigen Cases, Google Cardboard!
Well loved Nexus 5 for sale! Always been in case. Used with screen protector since day 1.
Included accessories are Spigen Ultra Hybrid case (http://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Protector-Included-Graphics-Resistant/dp/B00FJJ38HY) and Black Diztronic TPU case (http://www.amazon.com/Diztronic-Matte-Black-Flexible-Nexus/dp/B00FZ14E3S/ref=pd_sim_cps_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=15B958W0XCW79ZWYQEWJ) and a Google Cardboard!
Phone is in good condition, but not perfect. Back plastic has some pitting and scratches from dirt behind case. Screen protector is scratched, but I'm leaving it on so that the screen will be perfect when it gets to you! Fully functional with no problems.
UPDATE: Completely stock. Locked boot loader, unrooted, etc.

Yes! Original box, I'm not sure if the cord and adapter are original since I have a bunch of them.
What carrier did you use with this phone? There are reports that a T-Mobile Nexus is not compatible with the Sprint network
I used it with T-Mobile, but I purchased it from Google, not T-Mobile.
