Manuel - sorry, price is quite firm

Armando - supports Verizon 4G LTE: 700/AWS/1800/2600 MHz, Verizon CDMA: 800/1900; and is not "unlocked" but tied to Verizon LTE/CDMA

Your listing mentions that the phone is eligible for uh oh, will that transfer to the buyer of the phone?

Zach, I do not know the exact details surrounding how the Uh-Oh protection process works in the case of the purchase of a (new/unused) phone from a site such as Swappa. Please review HTC's official site and documentation for more information.

Okay, thanks. I am pretty sure that HTC says it needs to be from an authorized retailer in order to be eligible, so I think technically it will not transfer. However, if you purchased it form an authorized retailer (I don't know all of them off hand, but places like Amazon, Verizon Wireless store and Best Buy are a few that come to mind) and you would be willing to include either a copy, or the original sales receipt with the item, then I think it would be possible to get it to transfer. Is that something that you would be willing to include? If so I may be interested in buying this. (No worries if you bought it from like amazon with an upgrade when it was free or something like that...I totally understand, I think this is a fair price, I'm just looking for a Proof of Purchase)

Oh I forgot to mention the original purchase date also must be on or after March 25, 2015 in order for it to be eligible

Purchase was made after March 25, 2015; a copy of the receipt can be provided with the device.

Are you able to identify what version of android this phone is running? If it's new, I'm assuming it is still on Kit Kat (4.x), but wanted to confirm. Thanks.
