This is the international Note II, works on Tmobile and ATT in the US (any GSM carrier). I have always had a screen protector on it and as such there should be no scratches on screen (will ship with screen protector still on). The edges of the phone are worn (the extra shiny metallic finish has worn off in places, revealing a slightly darker gray) and the back also shows wear but screen is in great shape.

Batteries still hold a charge quite well, though the extra battery is nice as a backup for long days and for travel. Comes with 2 chargers, one for the extra battery charging dock and one for the phone. The cable for the phone is a generic (not original) usb cable. The wall adapter is original as indicated.
