I got this phone brand new and used it for a week. After opening I slapped a $25 HD Zagg and $35 Speck Case. I just got a Note 4. All OEM accessories included unopened and box, including headphones, AC Adapter and USB cable. 32Gb, Gunmetal in color. Phone is flawless. Like new. I never registered Zagg, so you can register and have lifetime replacements. Bought at Best Buy. See my feedback and know you are getting what is advertised.

All I can offer you is my feedback as my word. I am straight up. I don't have a receipt. I bought it from a third party. It was never used. I verified that and have been using it as my phone for the last week so all is good to go.

Seller can you please upload more pictures showing the back and sides of the device. Main points being the camera and charging port. Sorry for being picky...I just like seeing every angle. :)
