Verizon Galaxy S3 with Extras

I am selling a mint condition Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3. The phone is pebble blue. It is in excellent condition. No scratches. It has had a screen protector on it since day 1. It comes with the original box/contents, headphones/ear buds, 2 cases (black silicon case and a light blue flip cover), a small pack of programmable nfc tiles, and a wall charger. The phone is currently rooted with an unlocked bootloader. It has the latest CyanogenMod 10.1 Release Candidate 2 installed on it (Android 4.2.2) and is rock solid. I can return the phone back to unrooted stock if you choose.

Has this phone been damaged in any way that required repair, like having the screen cracked, etc? If not, how soon after payment can you ship this phone? I am in the Immediate market for a Galaxy S3. Keep it rooted with CM 10.1 that would be fine. Is there a way to put the stock ROM and gapps on the SD card in case I want to go that way?
