It's running 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, but it's rooted so you could put CM11 on it easily enough.

It's a small dent, definitely noticeable up close, deep enough to feel with your fingernail, but doesn't affect the device negatively. If I had to describe the appearance in the worst way possible, I would say it looks like somebody dropped a knife onto the edge of the device (but I doubt that's what happened). I am willing to do $90. In fact, I'll lower the price right now.
