Apple iPhone 5 Unlocked A1428

Apple iPhone 5 (Unlocked) [A1428], Silver, 16 GB,

For Sale is an iPhone 5 16GB in Silver that my wife used prior to getting a new phone. This phone has just been unlocked by AT&T so it can be used by other carriers. The phone is in overall good condition besides the dent on the lower end by the headphone jack ( see pictures) I do not see any other scratches or dents and the screen always had a screen protector that I just removed. My wife always had the phone in the case that I am including but i guess she must have ding it against something. It works perfectly and she didn't report any issues. This was a replacement device she got last December before the warranty ran out. It comes with ios 8.1.2. I have the original box but she is keeping the headphones and the charger/cable so i will ship in an empty box. I am enclosing Lifeproof case that really wasn't used as well as a sealed Spigen Crystal Screen shield (3 Pack +1) and Spigen used case.

Damage description

Dent on the lower part next to the headphone jack. Doesn't effect sound or headphone jack just cosmetic.
