Galaxy Nexus (Unlocked) [GT-i9250] Black (phone + case only)
The phone is rooted and includes a thin case that covers the sides and back. The screen is in perfect condition. Includes the phone and case, but no charger.
Damage description
Plastic case has some light scratches. Most significant scratch is on the back, bottom right corner of the phone which has a significant scuff mark from falling on concrete. The phone is perfectly functional with a good battery.

Not sure what you mean by problems with tethering...
I had no problems tethering with T-Mobile because it's included with their service so I didn't have to do anything special.
