Damage description

I've used this phone carefully for two years and it's in good condition, and there are only a couple scuffs on the bottom of the back battery cover, a three minor scratches (less than an inch long) on the front screen that's only visible when the screen is off and at an angle to the light, and a small nick on the chrome. The hardware all work flawlessly, and the speaker is loud and clear.
