I bought it in March of 2014.

Yep, I've been the only owner of this phone.

You mentioned there is some wear and tear on the device. Can you describe where this wear tear is?

is that a crack in the 5th pic.?

Keng - It is some small damage to the top left corner, a hard to see scuff on the top right(I added 2 more pictures to show this), and the hairline crack on the top of the phone visible in the 5th picture. The damage to the top left corner is from when it fell about a foot onto pavement(croched down to check my tire pressure and it fell out of my pocket) without a case within the first week of owning the phone. The top right was something bumping against the phone, but it is small enough of a scuff that it's hard to get on camera as shown in the last picture. The hairline crack however just showed up one day about 6 months into owning the phone.
