Before I purchase it, would you double check tht it is working with Ting CDMA, not Ting GSM? With the link of Ting BYOD checker, you can see two different results of GSM and CDMA repectively. I want to use this phone with Ting CDMA. If it is working, I will buy it. Thanks for your help.

Yup it said that it works on their cDma network. Like I stated in the description no SIM card is provided so if one is needed you will have to purchase it yourself

I had it activated on Ting successfully. However, this phone has two different problems. 1) Battery problem: battery drained suddenly from 20% to 1% within a minute and died. I googled and found it is related to the bad battery. I restored the phone and did a factory reset several times, but it still has the same problem. 2) Weak wifi signal problem: The wifi is continuously disconnected with only few signal bars. I tested the wifi signal by comparing with my another iPhone 5 in the same condition. I think there is problem with wifi antenna cable something like that.

I can send the youtube link of the video showing that this phone is not properly working. Of course, I understand that it is not a new phone, but the seller advertised it is in perfectly woking condition. Based on my research, I guess that the battery and wifi cable should be replaced. I do not want to waste my time on this problem to be solved. If you don't mind, I want a return this item as soon as possible. Otherwise, I want a partial refund for the replacement at least.
