Included is a Verizon galaxy note II that is in good working condition running the most up to date software released by the carrier.
There are no scratches on the screen. There are 2 scratches in the bezel at the top that are cosmetic. The screen protector on the device has one but it is not on the screen itself.
Original box, charger, battery and manuals are included.
