Deal. Can you 100% confirm that everything about the phone works flawlessly? No screen imperfections? Only the side casing that has a dent that can be covered by most cases? I apologize for all the questions. I am just helping my not so technologically inclined mother out and want to be sure it is right for her... lol.

Please package it very well because the handling employees get very careless around holidays due to the high volume they receive (I've had an issue of a broken phone from them before) and I would hate for us to go through any hassle like that. When can you have it shipped and in what time frame might it arrive?
