Superb Nexus 5 32GB Black w/ Android L
For sale is an excellent condition Nexus 5 with screen protector (already applied) and a case. The phone is the 32GB version and works beautifully. It comes loaded with Android L which is the most attractive version of Android yet!! This is the revised version for those who are interested. There are no physical imperfections except for one small yet unnoticeable scrape on the right side, which I'll take a picture for you all. It is unnoticeable and does not detract from the appearance of the device. Other than this small slight, the device is in immaculate condition which the buyer will enjoy for many months to come!
Extra info: I've ran a test to see the life expectancy with Android L and I am quite impressed. I've recorded a screen time-on period of 5h 8m. It would have been longer if some of the apps such as Instagram and a few others were optimized for it, but they're not, which is why one will notice a "miscellaneous" category which generally includes usage from these apps. The final build should be perfected and I would expect 6-7 hours of screen on time as the battery draining apps are addressed.
Also the device charges in 1hr 30 min from 15-100%. If it's shut off, it can charge in an hour.

The very last picture with me holding it so the side is visible, is me trying to show the slight scruff. My finger is pointing directly at it. It's really unnoticeable and doesn't detract from the device itself. Happy buying!!
I think the price if bit high for a quick sale for nexus 5 without any extra accessories. I am looking to buy phone this week, looking at few offers. Are you willing to go any lower then this?
What do you mean by extra accessories? It comes with a pre-installed screen protector and a protective case. And how much were you looking at spending?

Dave, you seem like a gentleman, so I hope you understand when I say I can't do $335 through swappa. If you're buying through here, than I can only do $345, which after Swappa fee basically comes down to $335 for the device. I understand that you desire to purchase this phone at a lower price, so why not cut out the middle man? If you can send just $5 more than your offer, which is $340 via paypal, you receive the phone at a lower price AND you are still protected for your purchase. I want us both to be satisfied, so please let me know what you decide on Dave :) and again, thanks for understanding!

I can do $335 as I said, but to be honest...I would prefer to do the entire thing through Swappa here. I realize that there is a $10 "sales fee" incurred when a device is sold through Swappa, but since I found the device for sale here, I feel that it is kinda cheating the place...and the service that it offers to go around it.

I know that you do have a budget of $335, and this offer may seem counter-intuitive to make, but it's the best offer I can make, if we are doing the transaction on here.

I'm not exactly sure how you intend to trade the OnePlus for this. Can you describe the process of how we would trade?
I haven't noticed any big bugs with the OS, though keep in mind that it's a developer preview. Root seems to have been preserved with the upgrade so I haven't noticed any bugs with that, though anything can happen until the full OS version is released.
Still want $335 if via PayPal? What about a partial trade? An 18 month old iPhone 4S, black, running iOS 7? It's in excellent condition.
