iPhone 5, Black, 16GB, GSM-Unlocked, New Battery From Apple, Original Box
This phone is in perfect working order and has a brand new battery. I had the battery replaced by Apple on 11/15 because it qualified for the iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program (receipt shown in pictures). I have include the original box and also the USB cable and A/C adapter.

-Small nick in upper right hand corner

Hi Don, the phone is restored to factory settings and is unlocked and in working condition. The phone is removed from "find my iPhone".
Could you post the last 4 digits of the serial number so I can tell if it supports T-Mobile's AWS band (https://support.t-mobile.com/thread/41077)?
