T-Mobile Note 2 with two spare batteries and spare S-Pen

I have used this phone (16 GB Titanium Note 2) for about a year and four months with great success, and am upgrading to a Note 4. In addition to the phone itself (which is in nearly perfect condition), I will include a micro-USB cord and AC charger, 2 spare Anker batteries, and a wall charger for a spare battery. The original Samsung battery will also be included, but is not working very well these days - I recommend using the Anker batteries instead, or at least primarily. I will also include a spare S-Pen.

I can reset completely to factory defaults or install any ROM of your choice before shipping.

Damage description

As mentioned above, the battery started behaving oddly, so I bought spares that will be included.
