Near perfect condition, has been in a case and tempered glass screen protector the whole time I owned it.

Included is original box and all accessories except the headphones. Also included 2 extra micro usb 3.0 cables, a 9 foot and a 3 foot. Also included 2 used spigen cases, Neo Hybrid and Slim Armor (this one has a crack on the outside from not taking the outer shell off when placing or removing the device).

The only dings in the edge are visible in the picture of the top of the phone, a small one on the far right and a small crack next to the IR blaster.

And I removed the screen protector to take the pictures.

No, it's a glass screen protector so it cracked when it was removed.

Last question: The phone is completely functional? Those cracks and dings may have come from the phone being dropped. There is no issues whatsoever with any functions of the phone? Everything is in 100% working condition?

I'd rather wait until your paypal address is confirmed. My next day off work isn't until Wednesday anyways so that would be the soonest I could ship it, so buying it today wouldn't get the device to you any sooner than if you wait a couple days.
