If I were you I would reset it and lock it and test it out a little and see if it restarts and then you can change the listing. I had problems like that and it ended up being the ROM.

sorry having no internet in my house sucks. anyways iv flashed cm9 and no reboots so far, 7h of on time, and counting. if it reboots by tomorrow il try and ruu it back to stock.

ok so i ruud the phone, rooted,and unlocked. no reboots so far. im pretty sure they were cause by a corrupt db file's from ether the gsm modem or radio.

i will also try to include the oem extended battery 2.750ah,with the oem htc backdoor , if it fits in the shipping box.

Is there a problem with the GSM function then? I'd like to be able to use it on different carriers. If not can you ship to a non confirmed address?

Will it come with beats?I am sure they come with the phone.

@jake E. when i bought the phone beat headphones were not included, it is a second hand phone.

@storm @xda the phone has no issues now, i ruud the phone, everything works as it should. and yes i can mail it to unconf address, though im ofcourse not responsible were it ends up. its up to you.
