I put it in and got this message:

I have a Network Access Code (located on the Red Activation Card included in your package)
I need a Network Access Code (you will need a credit or debit card)
I want to upgrade my active Bring Your Own CDMA Phone to another Bring Your Own CDMA Phone

Since I also live in Portland we can avoid shipping cost plus insurance. I can come over or meet somewhere to pick up the phone, are you willing to lower the price for the shipping cost?
