What exact version of android is this running? Does this have the 2.3.5 locked boot loader?

I don't understand. Your picture shows your system version as a sprint ROM. And your android version is 2.3.5. Motorola Photon 4G bootloader can't be unlock on OTA 2.3.5.

My apology Doug, no, the boot loader is not unlocked. I had misunderstood the terminology believing they were the same thing.
The phone is rooted.

Ok Jimmy I just left the post office and shipping to you is basically the same cost as domestic but I cannot send the batteries thru USPS.
I work near FedEx and will check with them in the morning to find out their rates and make sure they allow the batteries to be mailed.

Jimmy, the phone is unlocked and has SIM card slot however after visiting FedEx, they do not deliver to your island. And since USPS will not allow shipment of the batteries, which you will need or need to obtain I do not think I would be able to ship to you. Good luck finding something.

Daniel, I have seen that others have upgraded to 4.0 (ICS), but I do not know about 4.1. I have not, nor will I. I recommend consulting xda or other Android resource sites to answer upgrade options
