- has the phone ever been open/repaired?
- is the phone bent? (common iPhone problem, kinda like http://i.imgur.com/JcK8dSz.jpg)
- has the phone been dropped?
- can you add some more up-close pictures of any damage/scratches? It's hard to see from the photos you posted.
